When a cosmic warp strikes a commuter tracks, a stylish teenager named Dorthy Ross ( Soroya Clayton-Wright) and her trusty dog poodle Smarty are transported from the ordinary world straight into Stardust City—a glittering, neon-lit fantasy metropolis.
